1

Upload a photo of your part

A die bore, a wire end, a tube, any round feature. A clear, well-lit, straight-on photo works best. You can drop several at once.

2

Set the scale — or skip it for now

Scale tells the tool how big one pixel is in real life. If you don't know it, leave it at 1 and results come back in pixels. Use Calibrate once you have something of known size in the photo.

3

Draw a box around the circle

Drag a box around just the round feature. Or press Suggest area and the tool finds it for you. This is the step people skip — the engine will not guess which circle you mean.

4

Press Run measurement

You get diameter, ovality, roundness and a confidence score. Hover the small ? next to any setting to learn what it does.

Not sure a photo is good enough? Upload it anyway and press Suggest area. If the tool can't find a round feature, it tells you why — usually blur or glare — so you learn what a good capture looks like.

JPG, PNG or TIFF · multiple allowed

Without calibration, results are reported in pixels. Calibrate once against a scale bar for true micron values.

Tolerance (optional)

Fill this in only if you want an automatic pass / watch / reject verdict. Leave it blank and you still get every measured number.

Watch fires at 80% of the limit, so you see drift before it becomes scrap.

02  Workspace no selection

Step 1 — upload a photo. Drag one onto the box on the left, or click it. Then come back here, drag a box around the round feature, and press Run measurement. Never used this before? Open the green guide at the top.

AI diagnosis (optional)

Turns the numbers into plain words: which wear pattern this looks like and what to do. Needs your own AI key — the measurement itself works without it.

No API key set
Your key stays in this browser. It is held in session storage, cleared when you close the tab, and sent only to the AI provider you choose. It never reaches MeasureMaster's servers.
04  Session log
Measurements you run will be logged here with a thumbnail, verdict and timestamp.
